Returns & Refund Policy
Shade’s piece may be returned for store credit or exchange for another item within 14 days after being delivered.
The item must be returned in it’s original condition, unused and in it’s packaging. Once received, our team will evaluate the product to proceed or not with the store credit/exchange process.
To return an item, send us an email to theshadesofapril@gmail.com for us to provide you with our address.
Shipping Fee Return
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. We will send a return label via email, but the shipping cost amount will be deducted from their refund credit. Return Labels Fee might vary depending on the weight. (Usually between $3.44-$5.00)
Exchange
If you decide to Exchange, we will ship the new piece for FREE.
Policy bellow:
Only pieces in original condition that have not been used with tags will be accepted.
Earrings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Return/exchange must be made within 14 days from the day of delivery.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. (Less return label costs)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale category items are final sale and non-refundable.

Damage
Once item is received, if the product is delivered damaged or defective, will replace the product. Please contact us as soon as possible so you don't lose your warranty.
If the damage is cause because of carelessly handling, not following product care
instructions, an accident and/or attempted repair, it may no be subject to repair or
return.
