What is this store's return policy?

Unworn pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit only (no refunds) with proof of purchase and the original packing within the next 14 days once the order was received (online orders). We will only replace the product if it is damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theshadesofapril.com.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

How to take care of your jewelry?

To preserve your piece for longer in optimal conditions you should clean and polish it from time with a soft jewelry cloth. Always remember to dry them after getting them wet.
